My original driver was the Big Bertha Im hopeing my balls fly better than the range balls.
Fourth … TING … I received the Callaway driver from Golfbidder on the next working day from ordering and it is in excellent condition – I cannot believe it is not brand new. Might be a loose piece of epoxy or something.
Initially I was a bit fustrated as I was hooking the ball badly.

I bought this as a replacement for a really old cheap small head metal driver and the difference is staggering. This new sole is concave and does not allow the clubhead to rock at address. I bought this X from GB too.
Now I had tried to play with my new driver. Excellent service from Golfbidder as usual. When struck well I get a good ball flight and good balance between calaway and accuracy. The FT-3 was very straight to slightly left on all solid hits I thought that the X tour might be marginally longer and marginally flatter than the FT-3 tour.

With my oldI was averaging yards off the tee. Tried this and dallaway Ping G5. The stock shaft for this model is the 67g Fujikura I appreciate it when a company stays true to its roots and provides a familiar clubhead for me at address. I have the tour version of this club and i think its fantastic and it didn’t break the Bank paying for it.
Most of my tee shots were either topped or low line drives. It is a very loud club and will attract some attention due to this but its no problem.

This could be the best club I have ever bought. I had trouble on the front nine getting the ball in the air. No problems swicthing for Callaways x driver nine degree.
The all titanium body quickly reminded my ears of how loud other drivers can be compared to what I was used to. On the back nine I decided to tee the ball differently.
