Since you have performed several troubleshooting steps, what we can do next is to download the device driver from the manufacturer’s website and install the drivers to a new user profile. A google search provides little help. I can confirm that editing the Group Policy on a Windows 10 Pro System works, so perhaps it’s worth an upgrade. You must log in or sign up to reply here. That registry hack shown at howtogeek sure looked promising, and maybe it used to work, but it certainly isn’t working now. I recently performed a fresh install of Windows 10 64 bit.
